Center for Governmental
Studies
The Center for Governmental Studies (CTG) works toward enhancing the
quality and quantity of governmental information available to citizens
through the use of modern technologies and expanding opportunities of

restoring public trust. CTG created the Democracy Network, the nation's
first online, interactive video voters guide developed for interactive
television and the Internet. CTG also established Connect LA, a project
